Eagan, MN – Today, Angie Craig’s campaign announced a school supply drive to help provide local teachers with the supplies their classrooms and students need.

“Teachers are paying for their own school supplies, and that is unacceptable,” Craig said. “I speak with teachers often on the campaign trail. They tell me they need fair wages, mental health resources and supplies. Our government is not investing enough in our kids’ educations. Let’s make sure schools in the Second Congressional District have what they need to give our kids an opportunity to thrive.”

The campaign will accept donations at several locations across the Second District and encourages donations of backpacks, pencils, notebooks, crayons, washable markers, headphones and pocket folders.

Donations will be given to local public schools throughout the Second Congressional District.
