Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 during the calendar year.
Contributions to MINNESOTA SECOND DISTRICT VICTORY COMMITTEE will be allocated as follows:
Of contributions received through the day of the Minnesota primary election, the first $6,600/$10,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to Angie Craig for Congress. The first $3,300/$5,000 of a person's/multicandidate committee's contribution will be considered designated for the primary election; the second $3,300/$5,000 will be considered designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to the Minnesota Democratic Farmer Labor Party. Of contributions received the day after the Minnesota primary election through the day of the Minnesota general election, the first $3,300/$5000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated Angie Craig for Congress and will be considered designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to the Minnesota Democratic Farmer Labor Party.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting Cole@AngieCraig.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
